It is quite frustrating to find we can no longer adjust the font size. The default font of 24pt is actually too large for daughter. We also have the problem of all our books disappearing from our library as well which is quite inconvenient. While the audio feature seemed promising in theory, we are unable to use it as books are not traditionally narrated in a manner to maintain the context and tone of what is being said. The meaning of passages becomes lost due to the choppy nature in which words are spoken. This is a convent app and useful tool for my dyslexic children when it works properly.

I updated my iPad to OS 8, and now the font is stuck at 24. It is too large for the prisms in my glasses to adjust to, and it makes me see double so large. I have a reading disability, no now I cannot use read2go. Please fix now.

App jumps randomly to beginning of the book repeatedly. Basically unusable. Need to either fix it or pull it from the store. I cant believe I paid what I did for this one.

When the App is closed down and randomly the books downloaded just disappear. It will just say your bookshelf is empty. I hope this will be fixed soon. It is really inconvenient.

I love this app for reading, but its pretty frustrating sometimes. I will be reading a chapter, and all of a sudden it will bring me to the title page. Or sometimes I will be reading, and when I scroll, it will take me to the next chapter. Sometimes, when I want to open a book, it doesnt even open! or it will open to the title page of the book, instead of where I left off. Also, when I need to update my settings for what grade Im in and what school I go to, it stopped downloading books. it didnt tell me that I need to update my settings, it just didnt download! its a great app, but it definitely needs some work.

Pelease fix bugs in next update and let books show acutal picture

Say like I am on page 30, it would skip to 32. I would try to go back to page 31 and it would just go to page 33 and so on. Please fix. It makes it hard to do my summer reading.

IT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO IOS 8! I mean dont get me wrong its a really good app and it makes reading easy and fun but if you dont want people to ditch this app for a better looking and working app you should update it really soon.

This app is still terrible! I will list a few things here that do not work or do not work well in this app. Reading a synopsis of the book requires two steps, you have to tap on the book title, then you tap book details, then when you tap back to get back to the booklist, it starts you back at the top of the book list. browsing through book categories starts you at the very first books added, so every time you go into a category to browse you start with the books that were added in 2001. The app does not have a category for the New York Times bestseller list, unbelievable. I have also recently discovered that when you tap on the latest books category you can only browse through the first 100, there is no way to load the next set of books. I have my account set to display 100 results, if youve chosen a different amount you probably only get to see 20. I hate this app! They do not seem to care if the users are satisfied with the performance, every time I have contacted them in the past I have never gotten any results whatsoever.

I do believe Id rather be stung repeatedly by wasps then have to continue trying to read a book with this app. It would be less painful. Let me share one problem. If Im reading on page 138 for example, I try to scroll to the next page and it sends me back up to the same page, I scroll down again, try to get to page 139, it sends me back to 138 again. Each page requires me to try several times to get to the next page and it sometimes works, sometimes doesnt . Im so tired of trying to read the same page. Please address this ASAP. To have a toddler scream in my ear for an hour is less frustrating .

Updated review 9/2005 Three iPhones and many different iOS updates. The app still crashes and randomly goes back to the first page every 10 minutes or so. Unfortunately it seems to be the only app that actually shows you text for Bookshare. Crashes on iPad and iPhone. Some books work better than others, but it is a real pain to use. I just cant imagine why anyone would give this disaster anything but one star.

Very disappointed in how much we paid vs what this app can do. Reading is very mechanical and not very user friendly.

I didnt know you need to have a book share account!? $20 for this app?!

I have been using Read2Go for about 3 years. It is only since I have updated my iPad to iOS 8 and now 9 that I have had problems. Come on people. You know that you have not properly updated this app. I am a resource teacher and I purchased this app to use with my students with Learning Disabilities. I cant use it until you have fixed it.

This app is great if you have a Bookshare account, but there are several needs for it to be updated. First of all, they need to fix a scrolling problem. You start reading, when suddenly it jumps you to a random part of the book. And then you need to find your place and restart the app frequently. They also need to fix a spelling issue. If it was half the price, I wouldnt mind as much, but when its $20 to download it, then it needs a critical update, if it is going to be worth the money.
