Is it possible to change the settings so you can flip the page right and left instead of scrolling up and down??

It has pretty decent features, but there is no pronunciation editor. Also, it has a really hard time with any but the simplest punctuation. It treats dashes, slashes and even changes to italic as full stops. This really throws off the flow when an author wants to emphasize with italics. I plan to try and get a refund and go with Voice Dream instead, which is also compatible with Bookshare.

U thoroughly enjoy this app. However, I wish the control buttons (play/pause, rewind, etc) were larger and easier to see.

This app doesnt support ios 7 keyboard and sometimes crashes to beginning of book

Not compatible with iPhone 5s. I love this app but its not fullscreen with the iPhone 5s. Please fix it I use this app every day for school. Thank you!

This is one of my favorite apps. It makes homework easier and reading a lot more enjoyable. Yeah Bookshare!!!!!!

I have problems with this app. The books disappear from the bookshelf/library. I am constantly having to download them over and over. The navigation buttons are very small and not resizable.

I hate this FRICKIN APP!!! every time I try to scroll down it just scrolls right back up to the to of the page I recommend to parents, teachers, and children DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!!

This app is ok, love that my sons were approved for Bookshare accounts, hoping itll help my middle son (going into 5th grade reading at a 1st grade level). At $20 this app really should have better, clearer voices; my youngest has a slight hearing loss and the 2 voices they offer sound semi garbled even to me.

Ive written the same review twice (this is attempt #3), just to have it erased because the nickname Ive chosen is taken?!! You cant let me just edit that and be done with it?! RIDICULOUS! There really needs to be some maintenance done to the book "Go Baby Go!" The bottom of the letters are cut off, so the ys look like vs and the gs look like as, etc. Maybe other books have the same issue, I dont know. This is the first book Ive attempted to open since installing the app, so Im very disappointed.

All my books disappear and I have to re download everyday so I can only download one at a time yea it cheap but come on its still being paid for and not cool the book disappear every single day I loved it before all this was happining

I love this app! I love reading and this app makes it 10 times easier! I can download about 20 books at a time! This app is awesome!

My daughter uses this for school work as she is dyslexic. When she updated her operating system on her iPad the app stopped working properly. So what was great now is horrible and frustrating. It stops and goes to the top of the book. Does not keep her place. We tried reloading it, it did not help.

Ive been a user of bookshare for years now. Ive read the books on a braille note, and then an iPod. Read2go hasnt gotten an update in a whole year. They could have at least updated the Acapella voices, unless their license with them has expired, probably did years ago. The app could use the voices included with iOS 7, but no. The app could be free because of not having to use accapella, but no. That 20 dollars? It goes to Accapella, not even bookshare. So to all, buy voicedream until Bookshare can gain some common sense on how to treat their customers.

Does not support iPhone 6 crashes when to place book mark

Can you fix the glitch that causes my son to lose his bookmark? He has quit reading! It happened at the same time as the operating system upgrade.

The readers are not natural and stop at the end of a line, even if there is no punctuation. This awkward reading style greatly affects comprehension and language development. Further, the cost is twice what better voice readers cost, yet the technology does not support direct download of many books with images. Thats what I thought I was paying for. Would return if I could.

It needs some bug fixes because it deletes the books off my bookshelf

Its been almost two years now since weve seen this amazing app updated! I think it needs a new UI and just needs a complete face lift! Books freeze, Im unable to book mark my spot, Ive just have given up on this app. All I ask is PLEASE update it!!!!

I am a special education teacher for a middle school where I work with students who have varied levels of reading disabilities. We downloaded this app on several of our devices in order to make reading material more accessible to students. However, the books keep disappearing. Students will go to open the application on their tablet to find that their books are all gone. I understand that it is simple to read download the book. That is not the difficult part. After I get the book downloaded, I have to investigate what page they were on and where they were at in that page. When this happens, it tends to take the majority of the class. Leaving no time for actual reading. Then, add another 12 students on top of that. Lastly, not all books are separated by page numbers. They are simply a long scroll divided by any type of subdivision the book has naturally put in place. This increases the level of difficulty to support students in finding where they are act in their reading. Please fix! I had one student who had an entire queue of books that she wanted to read. That list is gone and she is devastated. It breaks my heart to see a child who wants hated to read now so sad that the book she was excited to read are gone. And she is struggling to remember the titles. I would like to continue to use this app but will be forced to look for alternatives if these problems are not resolved.
